Week One Check In

Well, the whole purpose is to be accountable, right?

So, 100 in 50 – Week One

Starting Weight : 336
Week One : +1
Ending Weight : 337

Bleh. I’ve fallen on the old standby vices…mainly comfort food when things are crappy. There is also eating when I should be doing something else, like making decisions or exercising. And, of course, my favorite, making really horrible choices instead of good ones.

So there we have it. I know this much, though: This may slow me down, but it doesn’t stop me. I expect more from myself.
